For a school business project, I am opening up a baking business (hypothetical), and l cannot find out for the life of me how much of stuff l would need for a start up business for the first 9 months. By ''materials/stuff'' l mean flour, sugar, etc. Also if anyone knows a lot about this, l would appreciate the help in finding out what kind of equiptment l would need to purchase. We're trying to be a fully-organic bakery (if possible), and have a budget of 250k, with facilities paid for.

l do not know, take in account the supplies, materials, utilities, employment wages, business licenses, building lease, insurance. Ask a real business, your in school, do field research. Also usually a rule of thumb is to have twice of everything. If your going to run a business for nine months, have eighteen months of supplies and revenue on hand to substitute if you run into financial trouble.
