Contact your credit card company. They will help you.

Reporting to the better business bureau is also a good step. They can tell you if the company has a good reputation. If it is a misunderstanding, then your credit card company and the BBB will help resolve it. If they are con men, then report them to your district attorney (call the police). They need to be aware of such activities to protect others.

Did u cancel the agreement in accordance with their contract they have with you. If so, & they still r billing you, u can report this to the FTC at this link

You should also contact the CC Co & request they no longer allow charges from this company.

They can not affect ur credit score unless they report to the credit reporting agencies on a regular basis. They could however, hire a collection agency or they may have their own in-house collections dept.

Keep an eye on ur credit report to make sure they do not just report it as a derogatory account & not notify u about it. This could result in ur credit score dropping. Under the FCRA, they will have to notify u before they intend to report ur account as being in collections.
