if l was gonna order brand name clothing from Asia and sell it in canada B.C do l need a permit and is it legal
im not gonna buy so much just a little bit that l can sell at my house

You most likely need a sales license and also check with your local government to make sure that operating a retail establishment in a residential zone is legal. Also, make sure that the brand name clothing is legal and not pirated.
