Im a guy w/ short hair. And l have darkish brown hair. Ive never dyed my hair before. So how much will it cost to just get highlights?

It depends on where u live.
l live in Northern California. My salon charged me $75 just to put highlight. It was a long process having to have strands of hair blonde & cover the others with aluminum foil to protect from being dyed.
l wish it was $30 like the other person but it was a going market price on highlighting hair in my area.
Shop around but u also have to make sure the beautician is licensed & reputable. Otherwise, u willl end up with nightmare hair & the nightmare continues until it all grows out.

l think it depends on where u live, what kind of blonde you're getting & how much highlights u want. Where l live, they determine it off of all three things l just named & how long ur hair is. For highlights where l live, it is between $30 & $40. l would suggest calling the salons in ur area & asking them about their prices, then making up ur mind on which one to choose. But when u do pick one, make sure they do good work. A cheap price can always equal cheap quality.
