l know there is family day care, but are you able to open up your own independent family day care rather then work with another organization? How do l go about starting one? l have alot of long day care experience but would like to try family day care while l have my own children. Please tell me the pros and cons also.

Basically, Family Day Care is your own independent business, but this site tells you a lot about what you need to do to qualify for family day care :) l can not help with the pros & cons, but l do know my step-son is mother has been doing it for quite a number of years and it seems to suit her quite well.
