l have ordered from tradeunion about 7 or 8 times over the last 6 months and the last 4 or 5 times l have ordered they dont send me the correct shoe that l ordered , or they send the wrong size. 1-2 shoes on the order are going to be wrong. all they say is sorry friend & then l have to argue with them bac & forth about it on live chat & then they say on our next business we give u 2 free pair & then they send something wrong on one of them. then they wont follow shipping instructions u give them-2 or 3 boxes instead of 1 big box, & different address- to help get them thru customs. they ship it the way they want and they get held up in customs alot. they told me today that if l order 150 pair like their BIG customers they rarely make the mistake of sending wrong product. so l guess since l am a small customer, only ordering 10-12 items at a time it dosent matter if l dont get what l pay for. l am not a big company l have 4 school age children and l order for them, myself and my husband. he is in iraq and he and his co workers there order 500-1000 dollars worth in one order because they all order together for their families. this last time l just ask what is their shipping address so l could send the 2 pair of shoes bac and the send me the correct pair, they wont even do that. sorry friend on ur next order of 12 we send u 2 free pair. l told them it would not be a next order because they ship the order sept. 21 and l just got 1 box today oct.17 and l had to pay 130.00 to get it from customs and the other box is going to be 147.00 when l get it monday. and u have to be careful with the shoes becuse they come apart easily. they even sent me 1 pair that was already damaged-coming apart around the ankle. is anyone else out there haveing these type of problems with totradeunion? is there some place that l can report this company to?

If they are that bad stop doing business w ith them. But in the meantime report them to the Better Business Bureau.
