l bought an item from the internet with my mom is AMEX card and we got the product 2 weeks ago and it did not have a manual, pieces were missing, and the product did not work since it arriving so l called the company to see if they could help me fix the product and they told me things but they did not fix it just seems they made it worse and it is been almost 2 weeks since l called to get a manual and missing pieces and still have not recieved anything and l can not return the item (should have figured this was not a good idea.) so my mom is going to call the company to see if they will actually send parts and if they do not she is calling the credit card company and refusing to pay for item so I am wondering what could happen??? is there any possible way l get my money back??? With American Express, odds are very good that your mom will have her card credited for the amount billed.

Amex demands that retailers that accept their cards provide excellent customer service.

Tell your mom not to wait and call Amex tomorrow.
